The PNG EPCM project management team doesn’t just manage a process, they lead the project to ensure that all project dynamics, aspects and issues are identified, discussed and resolved.

We have extensive experience on a variety of construction projects and are uniquely placed to enhance our client’s position by extracting value whatever the parameters.
The PNG EPCM team do not shy away from challenging projects with numerous and significant constraints, but have exceeded client expectations on major works on some prolific projects. As Project Managers, our involvement is from the inception of a scheme, and run through to completion stage.

Each instruction is managed by the Projects Director, with support from the Managing Director. Within the PNG EPCM team, our individuals have specific areas of expertise, and therefore each project is serviced with a Project Manager who has the specific skills and experience to ensure successful delivery is achieved and all client drivers are met. Where required by the client, we are able to recommend a range of other like-minded specialist consultants whereupon a successful collaborative relationship has been built up.
